We are based in Margaret River, Western Australia. If you are one of the awesome people who have made the trek down to our little coastal town you would know just how far away from everything we are. If you haven't yet you really should come visit. You'll understand why we are based here. 

Our workshop is in Surabya, Indonesia. All international purchases are made to order at our workshop, this process can take up to 10 working days as each item is lovingly  handmade and shipped direct.

Shipped direct means less carbon miles, less taxes (not ours and then yours) and only one lot of shipping. Your price does NOT include local taxes, we keep our prices as low as possible. This means any tariffs or local taxes must be paid by the purchaser. We take no responsibility for the import tax or tariff. Please check before you order. If you don't accept the local charge you cannot cancel the order. We have paid to make it and ship it to you. 

In Australia we still use Australia Post as we don't really have any other options and its not the fastest! So we are still offering Discounted shipping because we know how annoying waiting is. If you need your shoes fast we can express post but it still takes a day longer than city to city. Select Express Shipping at the checkout and FREE SHIPPING OVER $99 within Australia for shoes in our Margaret River store. This only applies to stock available within Australia, not made to order items. 

Our average shipping cost from our workshop is $40-50 per pair so we are absorbing as much of the cost as we can by setting the price at $35. We want to keep the price of the shoes as reasonable as possible by not increasing the price to offer free shipping.
